1. About Our Service

Naked Art sells high-quality artistic nude photography prints, produced by Prodigi, on Hahnemühle German Etching (or equivalent) paper. All orders are fulfilled and shipped globally by Prodigi (https://www.prodigi.com/).

2. Ordering and Payment

Payments are securely processed via WooPayments, which supports major credit and debit cards, as well as other methods. Prices are in EUR (€), unless otherwise indicated, and include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Prodigi’s global print network. Prints sized 200mm or smaller (or A4 and under in certain regions) are shipped flat in envelopes; larger prints are rolled in cardboard tubes. Delivery typically takes 3-7 days within the EU and 7-14 days internationally. Shipping costs and tax are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we’ll assist with tracking and resolution.

4. Returns and Refunds

Under EU law, you have 14 days from receipt to return a print without reason, provided it’s in original condition. Contact us at [your email] to initiate a return. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the print is defective. Defective or damaged prints will be replaced or refunded after inspection.

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs are copyrighted by Naked Art. By purchasing a print, you receive a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

6. Liability

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, we are not liable for damages during shipping or for issues beyond our control. Risk transfers to you upon receipt of the print.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
